Celebrity Cruises’ Fun Factory great for the Loo Family!

By Loo Family · Agent Romario

It was because of our son's disability; we did not even think of travelling.

We worried about whether he would be ok leaving the house,
we worried about whether he would be ok about the food,
we worried about whether he would be ok sleeping…...

We went on our first vacation in 2013 (my son was 9 years old).
We went on the Norwegian Sun Alaska roundtrip cruise leaving from Vancouver.
My son cried everyday and wanted to go home. However, the staffs were
all nice and they did everything to make him happy.

In 2015, we had our second cruise on Celebrity Infinity, my son loved the cruise this time.
He usually needs a long time to finish his food; however, he finished within 15-20 minutes and asked to go to the "Fun Factory" (the kids club), he also performed in the talent show. They took very good care of him, they also have a lot of resources like, PECs, quiet corners... And the staffs are all well trained to help him...
My husband and I had a great time when our son stayed in the fun factory, we went for swimming, wine tasting......

We went on couple more vacations to Disneyland and Disney World. We are looking forward to our next cruise with Celebrity again.

- Rosalie - Thank you Carmen Chan and family for sharing with us your appreciation of Cruising and Disney Vacations. Rosalie enjoyed getting to meet Carmen in person recently and is looking forward to when she and her family can join one of our group Cruises in the future.
